Rental Provides:
• Collect monthly rent and deposit it into the bank
account designated by the landlord.
• Be available to the tenants to answer any
questions and/or concerns regarding the
property.
• Arrange for routine maintenance and follow ups.
• Contact Town officials and/or the Condo when is
required comply with their request and/or
concerns.
• Respond to tenants’ complains, arrange for
repair if it is due to no fault of the tenants and
responsibility of landlord.
• Notify the landlord of any additional cost,
provide cost breakdown if requested and
proceed with the work after approved by the
landlord.
• Arrange for clean-up and/or repairs and
upgrades when the unit becomes vacant.
Landlord is responsible for all costs associated
with above work.
• List and rent any and all the units as they
become vacant and available for rent. Landlord
pays for Broker’s rental fee.
